We carefully prepare and package each order to make your shopping experience special.
📦 Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare, package, and hand off your order to the shipping carrier. It does not include shipping transit time.
During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will communicate significant delays when possible.
🎁 Mystery Boxes & Bookish Bundles
Mystery bookish boxes, Blind Date with a Book bundles, and mystery scoop orders are individually selected and packed.
Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before shipment.
Mystery assortments are prepared according to the product descriptions and options purchased.
💕 Handmade & Personalized Products
Ready-to-ship handmade products typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom-made or personalized products may require additional production time. Any different processing estimates will be stated in the product listing or communicated to the customer.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated separately from product prices unless an offer specifically states otherwise.
Delivery times depend on the carrier, shipping method, destination, and circumstances outside our control.

💌 Tracking Information
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately.
We will do our best to accommodate address corrections before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the packaging and provide photographs when possible.
We will honor any refund, replacement, or delivery obligations required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before order preparation begins.
Once an order enters preparation, customization, or packing, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.
Any cancellation rights required by law will be honored.
